Bloomery Furnaces at Blayshaw

Three bloomery furnace sites are visible in this photograph. The one that is receiving all the attention is being excavated and there is another as yet untouched in the centre foreground. It is the small, semi-circular, grassy hollow. Another one is also visible between these two.
